Before you write
I cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Bookings are made on GetYourGuide, and the confirmation email you received from them is the place to manage one; the admission ticket and both combos allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before, and the Seine cruise can be rescheduled in the app until 24 hours before.
I also cannot speak for the museum. For group bookings, lost property, or anything that needs an answer from the institution itself, use quaibranly.fr or the switchboard on +33 1 56 61 70 00.
What I am glad to hear about
A page that is out of date. An exhibition date that has moved. A reviewer quote that reads differently now the listing has changed. And, if you have been, whether the time estimates held up. Most of what is on this site started as a question someone asked me on the plateau, so questions are fine too.
